Bethesda, Md. – Nuage Consulting Group, a NetSuite Solution Provider, announced that Topaz Shared Services, LLC, will be using NetSuite’s cloud-based Mid-Market Enterprise Edition, Advanced Financial Planning, and Fixed Assets in its corporate administration. Topaz officially chose Nuage to implement their NetSuite applications on December 19, 2012 and is planning to go live by June 1, 2013.

NetSuite’s Advanced Financials module brings robust features such as Allocations, giving users the ability to allocate costs by GL account, class, department or location, and Budgeting, which addresses multiple budgets for tracking different scenarios and the ability to easily create new budgets from existing ones or actual results. It also allows for customizable budget reports and features Advanced Billing to automate billing schedules and commission payments. These enhancements increase process speed, convenience and the bottom line.
NetSuite’s Fixed Asset Management provides an easy-to-manage single version of the truth. This helps reduce spreadsheets and manual effort and provides quick reports on assets, valuations and asset types. Users are also able to manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to depreciation and disposal.
